synththeory Emulator is now installed in AppData instead of Program Files so it can run without requiring administrator permissions, update itself from within the app (upcoming feature), keep separate settings for each user, and avoid common Windows issues that can prevent files or configurations from saving correctly. Please confirm which antivirus you are using.
You can safely delete the “SmithsonMartin” folder from Program Files. There are no other leftover files besides that folder.
Bugs have been fixed, and cleanup for that path. Version v3.0.6 is ready to download.
